Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 - 8 oz. can crescent rolls
  • cheddar cheese, sliced

Method

  • Brown beef with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in mushrooms and sour cream.
  • Pat unrolled crescent dough into 9 x 13 pan to form crust. Spoon hot meat mixture over crust.
  • Top with cheese slices.
  • Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes until deep golden brown.
  • Serves 5 to 6.
