Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 - 8 oz. can crescent rolls
- cheddar cheese, sliced
Method
- Brown beef with salt and pepper.
- Stir in mushrooms and sour cream.
- Pat unrolled crescent dough into 9 x 13 pan to form crust. Spoon hot meat mixture over crust.
- Top with cheese slices.
- Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes until deep golden brown.
- Serves 5 to 6.
