Ingredients
- 50 grams Beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 Yakiniku sauce
- 1 bowlful Plain cooked rice
- 1 tsp White sesame seeds
- 1 Spring ginger pickled in sweet vinegar (or red pickled ginger)
Method
- Pan-fry the beef and combine with the yakiniku sauce.
- Mix white sesame seeds into the rice.
- Put half of the rice into a bowl and top with some of the beef.
- Add the rest of the rice, and top with the rest of the beef.
- Thinly slice the red pickled ginger or pickled new harvest ginger and place on top of the beef rice bowl.
