Ingredients

  • 50 grams Beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Yakiniku sauce
  • 1 bowlful Plain cooked rice
  • 1 tsp White sesame seeds
  • 1 Spring ginger pickled in sweet vinegar (or red pickled ginger)

Method

  • Pan-fry the beef and combine with the yakiniku sauce.
  • Mix white sesame seeds into the rice.
  • Put half of the rice into a bowl and top with some of the beef.
  • Add the rest of the rice, and top with the rest of the beef.
  • Thinly slice the red pickled ginger or pickled new harvest ginger and place on top of the beef rice bowl.
