Ingredients
- 10 Chicken drumettes - the first (thickest) joint of a chicken wing
- 100 ml Ponzu
- 2 heaping tablespoons Sugar
- 50 ml Water
Method
- Place all of the ingredients into a pan and simmer on medium heat.
- Adjust the heat occasionally so that it doesn't burn.
- Simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once the liquid boils down, turn over the drumettes to glaze.
- Done!
- They are also yummy in a bento.
