Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- In ungreased baking dish, pour frozen hash browns.
- Mix can of mushroom soup with 1 cup milk and pour over potatoes.
- Grate onion and mix with potatoes.
- Add salt and pepper, mixing well.
- Bake at 425° for 45 minutes, making sure potatoes are covered well.
- Add grated cheese.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes, uncovered.
