Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 box powdered sugar
Method
- Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Line with the coconut. Sprinkle the pecans over the coconut.
- Mix cake mix as directed. Spread over the pecans and coconut. Mix the cream cheese with the oleo and powdered sugar.
- Mix well. Spoon mixture on top of cake mix. Bake at 350° for approximately 55 minutes. Cool and cut in squares.
