Ingredients

  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 German chocolate cake mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Method

  • Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Line with the coconut. Sprinkle the pecans over the coconut.
  • Mix cake mix as directed. Spread over the pecans and coconut. Mix the cream cheese with the oleo and powdered sugar.
  • Mix well. Spoon mixture on top of cake mix. Bake at 350° for approximately 55 minutes. Cool and cut in squares.
