Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 c. cooked potatoes
- celery seed
Method
- Fry bacon.
- Brown onion in bacon grease; add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Heat to boiling point and pour over beaten eggs.
- Add to potatoes.
- Serves 4.
