Ingredients
- 3/4 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cook in skillet.
- Powdered buttermilk may be used.
- Egg Beaters may also be substituted for the egg.
- This is a high fiber, low-fat recipe.
