Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (not heavy syrup)
- 2 cans pie filling (apple, cherry or blueberry)
- 1 c. coconut (optional)
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick melted butter
Method
- Spread crushed pineapple in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Spread pie filling over pineapple.
- Next, sprinkle coconut and chopped nuts.
- Pour on dry cake mix and over all the mixture.
- Pour melted butter over the cake mix.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
