Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple in its own juice
- 1 can lite apple pie filling
- 1 box sugar-free cake mix
- 2 sticks margarine
Method
- Butter medium sized cake pan.
- Pour pineapple and juice in pan.
- Pour pie filling over pineapple.
- Spread dry cake mix over fruit.
- Melt margarine and pour evenly over dry cake mix.
- Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, then 350° for 30 minutes.
- When cool, refrigerate and cover with foil.
