Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 2 sticks margarine or butter
- chopped nuts
Method
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch or 8 x 14-inch pan.
- Dump in cherry pie filling, then pineapple.
- Sprinkle cake mix over this.
- Next, add coconut, then margarine, cut up.
- Top with chopped nuts.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
