Ingredients
- 1 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Macadamia nuts
- 6 oz. white chocolate, cut in small pieces
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Cream Crisco and milk on medium speed until well blended.
- Add brown sugar and sugar gradually.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- In another bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- Mix together the two mixtures with wooden spoon.
- Stir in white chocolate and nuts.
- Drop 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 8 minutes.
- Yields about 5 dozen 2-inch cookies.
