Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (4 oz.) can coconut
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. pecans

Method

  • Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan in a 350° oven.
  • Pour melted butter in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Layer undrained pineapple, apple pie filling, cherry pie filling and coconut in the same pan in the order listed.
  • Do not stir.
  • Sprinkle with cake mix.
  • Pour melted butter over top. Bake 30 minutes or until top begins to brown.
  • Sprinkle with pecans and bake until brown.
