Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Pour cherry pie filling into ungreased baking dish.
- Spread to corners of pan.
- Add pineapple and spread evenly over the cherries.
- Sift package of cake mix over this.
- Melt margarine and pour evenly over the coconut and pecans.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let set for a couple of hours before serving.
