Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.)
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Method
- Empty pie filling into a 9 x 13-inch pan and spread around (does not have to be perfect, just not in a mound).
- Empty pineapple the same way.
- Dump dry cake mix on top of filling and pineapple.
- Just spread so it's not mounded.
- Slice stick of butter and scatter slices on top.
- Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
- Let cool and serve with pie server.
