Ingredients
- 8 c. vinegar
- 5 c. water
- 6 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. salt
- small cucumbers to pickle
Method
- Pack cucumbers in clean jars.
- Put a pinch of alum over cucumbers.
- Put the rest of the ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Pour over the cucumbers.
