Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds skinless trout fillets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method
- Cut trout fillets into 6 ounce fillets. Mix all other ingredients in a medium non-metal bowl. Marinate trout fillets in mixture for 1-2 hours in refrigerator. Broil 10 minutes until fish flakes easily.
