Ingredients
- 3 lb. fish fillets or whole fish
- 2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped dill pickle
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and put a layer of it between fish fillets or stuff whole fish. Brush with oil; wrap in foil and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
