- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 large chicken breasts
- potatoes, cut up
- carrots, cut up
Method
- Combine soup, 1 cup of water, celery, onion and seasonings in a large pan.
- Add
- chicken;
- cook
- over low heat 1 1/2 hours. Stir often.
- Add
- vegetables
- with 1/2
- cup of water. Cook 45 minutes.
