Ingredients
- 1 Large Ripe Avocado
- 1 Heirloom Tomato, cut into thick slices
- 1 bunch alfalfa sprouts or spinach
- 4 tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 1-2 teaspoons Siracha or other spicy sauce (optional)
- 2 Whole Wheat Pita Bread Pockets
Method
- Cut the Pitas in half. Slice tomatoes and avocado.
- Mix cream cheese with Siracha. (optional)
- Spread each inside with cream cheese
- .Add sprouts or spinach, tomato slices, and avocado slices.
- Enjoy!!!
