Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 regular box white cake mix
- 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
Method
- Grease 9 x 9 x 2-inch or tube microwavable cake pan with solid shortening and line with waxed paper.
- Blend water, egg whites and oil.
- Stir in cake mix and pudding until well blended.
- Microwave on turntable 9 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and cool until warm to touch.
- Turn out on cake plate and remove waxed paper.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting, if desired.
