Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 regular box white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding

Method

  • Grease 9 x 9 x 2-inch or tube microwavable cake pan with solid shortening and line with waxed paper.
  • Blend water, egg whites and oil.
  • Stir in cake mix and pudding until well blended.
  • Microwave on turntable 9 minutes.
  • Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Remove from microwave and cool until warm to touch.
  • Turn out on cake plate and remove waxed paper.
  • Frost with cream cheese frosting, if desired.
