Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can full cooking sherry
Method
- Place pork chops in 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Spoon undiluted soup over chops.
- Pour cooking sherry over all.
- Cook for 1 hour uncovered in 375° oven or until done.
- Serve with rice or noodles. Also can cook chicken the same way.
