Ingredients

  • 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Melt 1 cup chocolate bits and butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Add eggs and stir well.
  • Add flour, sugar, baking soda and vanilla.
  • Stir well. Stir in remaining 1 cup chocolate bits and nuts. Spread into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
