Ingredients
- 3 cups whole milk
- 3 1/2 ounces rice powder or rice flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange flower water
- cinnamon for garnish
Method
- In a saucepan, add in the milk, rice powder, sugar, and orange flower water. Mix well.
- Heat on low, constantly stirring until it thickens.
- Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
