Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 jar Cheez Whiz (small)
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown meat; drain.
- Mix onion and green pepper; add a little water and simmer.
- Mix cream of chicken and Cheez Whiz into meat mixture.
- Place Doritos on bottom of casserole; add layer of meat mixture.
- Layer again with Doritos and meat mixture.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in oven at 350° until cheese is bubbly.
