- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can nacho cheese soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- sliced potatoes to cover 9 x 13-inch pan
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
Method
- Brown hamburger.
- Add cheese soup and milk; heat and mix. Cover bottom of pan with potatoes; pour hamburger mixture over potatoes.
- Mix together the tomato soup, chopped onion, oregano, pepper and sugar.
- Spread this over hamburger mixture.
- Put sliced pepperoni on top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are cooked.
- Melt cheese on top.
