Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can nacho cheese soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • sliced potatoes to cover 9 x 13-inch pan
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni

Method

  • Brown hamburger.
  • Add cheese soup and milk; heat and mix. Cover bottom of pan with potatoes; pour hamburger mixture over potatoes.
  • Mix together the tomato soup, chopped onion, oregano, pepper and sugar.
  • Spread this over hamburger mixture.
  • Put sliced pepperoni on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are cooked.
  • Melt cheese on top.
