Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoons Coriander
- 1/4 teaspoons Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Fennel Seed
- 1/2 teaspoons White Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Cardamom
- 4 whole Cloves, Ground
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Peppercorns, Ground
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
Method
- In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir well. Place in clean jar with lid, label and store in a dry cool area.
- Will keep 6 months or longer. Try it on some new recipes!
