Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. white Karo syrup
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Boil sugar, syrup, vanilla and water until forms a ball with dropped in water. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat while you pour syrup over egg whites in thin stream. Beat until holds a peak. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper to cool.
