Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
Method
- Bring sugar, vanilla, water and salt to a boil over medium heat.
- Cook to softball stage, 240°.
- Beat into marshmallow cream on high speed until it loses the glossy color.
- Pour into square pan.
- When cool, cut into small squares.
- Can add nuts, if desired.
