Ingredients
- 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pkg. (sleeve) Ritz crackers, crushed
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Place pineapple in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix sugar and flour together and sprinkle over pineapple.
- Then, sprinkle the cheese over it and top with crushed crackers.
- Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
