Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 1/4 lb. chocolate Oreos

Method

  • Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add milk and pudding mix.
  • Mix.
  • Add Cool Whip.
  • Set aside.
  • Crush Oreos to fine crumbs.
  • Place half the crumbs on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Pour in pudding mixture.
  • Cover with remaining crumbs.
  • Set overnight in refrigerator.
