Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. margarine, softened
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Method

  • Process Oreo cookies.
  • (Can put in big plastic bag and crush.) Blend cream cheese, margarine and confectioners sugar; set aside. Mix pudding with milk.
  • Fold in Cool Whip and blend with cream cheese mixture.
  • Place cookie crumbs in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan (reserving some for sprinkling on top).
  • Add pudding mixture and remaining crumbs on top.
  • Must refrigerate to set.
  • Serve cold.
