Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Oreo cookies
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
Method
- Process Oreo cookies.
- (Can put in big plastic bag and crush.) Blend cream cheese, margarine and confectioners sugar; set aside. Mix pudding with milk.
- Fold in Cool Whip and blend with cream cheese mixture.
- Place cookie crumbs in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan (reserving some for sprinkling on top).
- Add pudding mixture and remaining crumbs on top.
- Must refrigerate to set.
- Serve cold.
