Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 lb. tofu
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans or sunflower meal
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. bread crumbs
- 2 1/2 c. soy milk
- 1 1/4 tsp. sweet basil
- 1/2 tsp. sage
Method
- Saute in water and oil, celery and onions.
- Combine with rest of ingredients.
- Place in lightly oiled loaf pan and bake at 350°. Loaf may have to be covered with tinfoil near end of baking if top begins to get too brown.
- Good served with gravy.
