Ingredients
- 2 lb. green beans
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 4 heads dill
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar (white)
- 1/4 c. canning salt
Method
- Pack beans into pint jars; add a pinch of pepper to each pint. Add 1 clove and 1 head of dill.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Pour over beans and seal.
- Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
