Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, pared
- 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Cut cucumber lengthwise in half.
- Seed and cut into thin slices.
- Mix cucumber and remaining ingredients in 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
- Cook over high heat 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until cucumber is crisp-tender.
