Ingredients
- kosher dill pickles (small finger size)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- onion, finely chopped
- mayonnaise to taste
- 1 loaf bread
Method
- Mix cream cheese, onion and mayonnaise.
- Spread on bread (with crust removed) thickly.
- Lay bread on damp paper towels.
- (Drain pickles.)
- Roll pickle up in bread.
- Chill overnight.
- Slice to serve.
