Ingredients

  • 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 12 cups old cheddar cheese, grated
  • 12 cup bick's garlic dill pickle, finely chopped
  • 14 cup green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped (fresh or dried)

Method

  • Combine first 5 ingredients, beating until smooth.
  • Cover and chill until firm, 2 hours or overnight.
  • Shape into a ball, and roll in a mixture of nuts and parsley.
  • Serve with assorted crackers.
