- 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 12 cups old cheddar cheese, grated
- 12 cup bick's garlic dill pickle, finely chopped
- 14 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped (fresh or dried)
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients, beating until smooth.
- Cover and chill until firm, 2 hours or overnight.
- Shape into a ball, and roll in a mixture of nuts and parsley.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
