Ingredients
- 8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Method
- Saut chicken in butter 10 minutes on each side. Remove chicken; reserve pan drippings. Add next 4 ingredients to pan drippings. Bring to a boil. Stir in chives. Pour over chicken.
