Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar

Method

  • Combine first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended and smooth.
  • Roll into meatballs about the size of walnuts.
  • Place on cookie sheet.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Spoon mixture over meatballs.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350° and then place in a crock-pot to keep warm.
  • Makes about 80 meatballs.
