- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
Method
- Combine first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended and smooth.
- Roll into meatballs about the size of walnuts.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Combine remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Spoon mixture over meatballs.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350° and then place in a crock-pot to keep warm.
- Makes about 80 meatballs.
