Ingredients
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
- 4 Tbsp. pepper, chopped fine
- 4 Tbsp. celery, chopped fine
- 4 Tbsp. carrots, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped clams, drained
- 1 c. chopped shrimp, drained
Method
- Blend milk, mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add all other ingredients and stir.
- Serve with crackers or fresh veggies as a dip.
