Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 c. milk (low-fat)
- 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 box chopped dates or any dried fruit, chopped
- 1 box chopped raisins
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. liquid sweetener (NutraSweet may be used)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. quick oats (uncooked)
Method
- Cook margarine, milk and cocoa 1 minute.
- Stir and add rest of ingredients.
- Make into walnut-size balls.
- Refrigerate.
- Can be frozen.
