Ingredients
- 1 c. Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. pumpkin (fresh or canned, plain)
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Beat salad oil, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Add pumpkin and mix well.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes, in a greased Bundt pan.
