Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 pt. lowfat milk
  • 1 onion (cut up)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 sm. pkg. Old English cheese
  • Bread crumbs
  • Paprika
  • Parsley

Method

  • Scald 1 c. lowfat milk in double boiler with cut up onion and garlic.
  • Remove from heat but leave in double boiler for 1 hour.
  • Remove garlic and onion, make heavy cream sauce with remaining lowfat milk, then add in scalded lowfat milk plus 1 small package Old English cheese.
  • Add in more lowfat milk if too thick.
  • Saute/fry lobster in butter and combine.
  • Place in individual shells (if available).
  • Top with bread crumbs, paprika and parsley and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
  • If frzn, bake 30 to 40 min.
  • 8 servings.
