Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 1/2 oz. deviled ham
- 3 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 to 3 tsp. horseradish, well drained
- 1/8 tsp. celery seed
- dash of salt and pepper
Method
- Blend or process all ingredients.
- Start with only 1 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish and add more to suit your taste.
- Chill well.
- Serve with crackers.
- Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.
