Ingredients
- 3 cans minced clams
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 oz. linguine
Method
- Brown garlic, basil, parsley, salt and pepper in oil.
- Add clams with juice and cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve over linguine.
