Ingredients
- 6 medium size potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook and mash potatoes in a mixer (keep hot).
- Add cream cheese, egg, dried onion, salt and pepper.
- Put in a casserole dish and bake in a 350° oven. This may be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
- Potatoes will stay fluffy.
