Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 medium Onion
  • 1 medium tomatoe
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 cup of milk if desired

Method

  • Chop all veggies and place in a medium size bowl.
  • Mix all the eggs and add the milk(optional), and pepper and salt.
  • If you hadn't already added the cilantro, chop finely, then add into the bowl.
  • Mix all ingredents.
  • Heat skillet, add oil or butter to let the eggs not stick.
  • Pour mixture.
  • Cook thoroughly.
  • Plop result on a plate.
  • Add cheese if wanted.
  • Enjoy!
