Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 medium Onion
- 1 medium tomatoe
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 cup of milk if desired
Method
- Chop all veggies and place in a medium size bowl.
- Mix all the eggs and add the milk(optional), and pepper and salt.
- If you hadn't already added the cilantro, chop finely, then add into the bowl.
- Mix all ingredents.
- Heat skillet, add oil or butter to let the eggs not stick.
- Pour mixture.
- Cook thoroughly.
- Plop result on a plate.
- Add cheese if wanted.
- Enjoy!
