- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 2 (9-inch) baked graham cracker crusts
Method
- Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk with lemon juice.
- Fold in pineapple, whipped topping and walnuts.
- Mix well and pour into crust.
- Refrigerate.
- This freezes well.
- Makes 2 pies.
