Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. spiral pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 cucumber, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 head cauliflower, diced
  • 1 head broccoli, diced
  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked
  • 1 lb. cubed American cheese
  • 1 lb. cubed cooked ham
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 bottles Italian dressing
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Rinse pasta in cold water.
  • Add all ingredients except cheese. Add 1 to 1 1/2 bottles of dressing.
  • Stir all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve next day with cheese added in.
  • Test taste to determine if you need more dressing.
  • This tastes better the longer it is refrigerated and dressing soaks in.
