Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. mild Italian sausage
  • 1/2 lb. cooked ham
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • pepper
  • 1/2 lb. cooked and drained spaghetti

Method

  • Stir-fry sausage and ham until lightly brown.
  • Remove from wok.
  • Have all ingredients ready and measured. Add hot spaghetti to meat with butter and parsley.
  • Mix well.
  • At once, pour in eggs and continue to blend quickly, lifting and mixing the pasta to coat well.
  • Sprinkle in the 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and a dash of pepper.
  • Mix again.
  • Serve and top with additional Parmesan cheese.
