Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. mild Italian sausage
- 1/2 lb. cooked ham
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- pepper
- 1/2 lb. cooked and drained spaghetti
Method
- Stir-fry sausage and ham until lightly brown.
- Remove from wok.
- Have all ingredients ready and measured. Add hot spaghetti to meat with butter and parsley.
- Mix well.
- At once, pour in eggs and continue to blend quickly, lifting and mixing the pasta to coat well.
- Sprinkle in the 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and a dash of pepper.
- Mix again.
- Serve and top with additional Parmesan cheese.
