Ingredients
- 1 doz. birds
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 qt. hot water
- salt and pepper
Method
- Marinate birds overnight in Zesty Italian dressing.
- Bread and fry in Puritan oil until golden brown.
- Saturate onions in oil; add Lipton onion soup.
- Put in 3/4 cup flour; stir 1 quart hot water in.
- Stir constantly to make gravy smooth.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Good with grits, rice or mashed potatoes.
